Initial Deep Cleaning at no additional cost!
Here’s exactly what’s covered, organized by area:
Offices & Workspaces
- Dusting and wiping all reachable surfaces (up to 2 meters/6.5 feet)
- Cleaning and sanitizing desks, tables, and workstations
- Dusting and cleaning computers, phones, monitors, and keyboards (including under/around equipment, as approved by you)
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Cleaning glass partitions and interior windows (up to 2 meters)
Kitchens & Break Rooms
- Cleaning and sanitizing countertops and appliance exteriors
- Wiping outside of cabinets (no inside cabinet cleaning)
- Scrubbing sinks and fixtures
- Degreasing stovetops, microwaves, and other kitchen equipment (exteriors only)
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs
- Floor vacuuming and mopping
Restrooms
- Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, urinals, and sinks
- Cleaning and sanitizing countertops, mirrors, and fixtures
- Scrubbing restroom walls (within reach) and partitions
- Refilling soap, paper towels, and other supplies (if provided)
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Floor vacuuming and mopping
Common Areas & Halls
- Dusting and wiping all reachable surfaces, railings, and ledges (up to 2 meters)
- Cleaning baseboards and corners (if accessible)
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
Lobbies & Entrances
- Washing inside and outside of main entrance glass (up to 2 meters)
- Removing spider webs (interior/exterior, within reach)
- Wiping down doors, handles, and entry mats
- Making sure the entrance is fresh, clean, and welcoming
Floor Care (General)
- Vacuuming and mopping all accessible hard floors
- Floor scrubbing only if agreed upon in advance
What’s Not Included (Available as Separate Services)
- Inside cabinet or appliance cleaning
- Carpet cleaning/extraction
- Floor scrubbing (unless specifically quoted/agreed)
- High dusting (surfaces above 2 meters/6.5 feet)
- Any tasks requiring special equipment or extra labor not listed above
