Scope of Work – Healthcare Facility Cleaning
Our cleaning process is tailored to each healthcare facility, but here’s what you can expect for the most common medical environments:
Exam & Treatment Rooms
- Dust all surfaces – We start by dusting every surface, including counters, equipment, beds, and air vents.
- Collect trash – All waste is removed and liners are replaced.
- Vacuum, sweep, or mop floors – We ensure floors are clean before any disinfection.
- Disinfect using sprayers or backpack units – We use advanced equipment (electrostatic sprayers or backpacks) to apply hospital-grade disinfectant (TB-Cide Quat by Spartan) for 360° coverage, especially effective for infection control.
- Wipe down with red cloths and TB-Cide Quat – All equipment, medicais tools, door handles, light switches, beds, and office equipment are thoroughly wiped and disinfected.
- Final mop with disinfectant – Floors are mopped with 64 Quat by Spartan, ensuring a safe, sanitized finish.
Waiting Areas & Lobbies
- Dust all surfaces, furniture, and ledges (up to 2 meters)
- Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors, including corners and entry areas
- Spray and disinfect all seating and high-touch surfaces with TB-Cide Quat
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Clean entry glass and doors (up to 2 meters)
- Spray chairs and surfaces to welcome patients and visitors into a virus-free environment
Restrooms
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces
- Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, fixtures, and partitions using ABC by Spartan (for bacteria control)
- Replace soap, paper towels, and supplies (if provided)
- Empty trash and mop floors with disinfectant
Staff Areas & Kitchens
- Dust and sanitize countertops, tables, and appliance exteriors
- Wipe outside of cabinets (inside cleaning available as add-on)
- Clean sinks and kitchen fixtures
- Vacuum or mop floors
Offices (within healthcare facilities)
- Dust and disinfect keyboards, telephones, computer bottoms, printers, and all workstations using TB-Cide Quat
- Wipe down desks, chairs, and shared equipment
- Remove trash and mop or vacuum floors
Entrances & Hallways
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop entryways and hallways
- Clean glass, doors, and handles (up to 2 meters)
- Remove spider webs and dust from corners and ledges
