Our Training Program
We believe great results start with great training. Every team member—from our newest cleaner to our supervisors—receives hands-on,
ongoing education to ensure safety, consistency, and professionalism on every job.
What Our Training Includes
- Comprehensive Onboarding:
Every new hire completes orientation on safety protocols, chemical handling, PPE use, and site-specific procedures before ever working alone.
- Ongoing Education:
Regular refreshers on cleaning techniques, equipment care, hazard communication, and customer service.
Staff are retrained immediately if standards slip or when new procedures are introduced.
- Safety Manuals & Resources:
We maintain a PPE manual and a full library of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used.
Employees have access to job cards, video modules, and written guides—including OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard and Fall Protection resources.
- Certification & Knowledge Checks:
Team members must pass knowledge checks and, where applicable, earn training cards or certificates (see sample downloads above).
- Supervisor Oversight:
Supervisors perform monthly quality inspections, provide feedback, and ensure all team members follow protocols.
